She sent photos and messages regarding how their day was going etc., which we appreciated, and our animals seemed to bond well with her, even the cat who is somewhat timid around strangers. We found Vicki to be very friendly and polite, reliable and relaxed about staying in our home making it very easy for us to go away for a few days without any stress.
