What happens if you choose not to provide this information? Providing your personal information, pet details and photos is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide them, we may be unable to accept your booking, respond to your inquiry, or provide visual updates of your pets during our sits.

Our website and domain are hosted by Squarespace. Because Squarespace is a global platform, the personal information, forms and photos you submit through our website will be transferred and stored securely on servers located outside of New Zealand (primarily in the United States). Squarespace maintains strict security standards that meet or exceed the privacy protections required under New Zealand law.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your pet's photos to third parties.
